We accept payment with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, PayPal
DELIVERY TIME
Products in stock will be shipped out within 72 hours after placement of order. Delivery time hereafter is according to the chosen courier.
COURIERS AND PRICES
We ship in DK using DAO home.
We offer worldwide shipping using DAO 365 or PostNord International.
DELIVERY IN DENMARK: 50 DKK
DELIVERY OUTSIDE DENMARK: 75 - 300 DKK
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You can cancel the order without cause within 14 days.
The right of cancellation expires 14 days after delivery. If you buy multiple products in one order, and we can not deliver them at the same time, then the right of cancellation expires 14 days after the delivery of the last package.
If the deadline expires on a national holiday, Saturday, Sunday, or bank holiday the deadline is extended to the following working day.
If the product is opened or used or does not appear pristine the right of cancellation is forfeited.
RETURNING CANCELLED PRODUCTS
You cancel the order by noticing us on e-mail (webshop@unikoyarns.com) within the deadline of 14 days.

When returning an order you must pay the postal/courier charge yourself, and make sure the products are properly packaged.
Returning the products by rejecting the package is not permitted. If packages are not claimed and returned to Uniko - Micro Dyery Bornholm a return fee of 120 dkk will be imposed.
REFUND
We will refund your order without unnecessary delay and under all circumstances maximum 14 days after receiving a message of your cancellation. We will, however, retain the refund until the products are received, or you have provided documentation for the return.
The refund will be on the same payment method used in the original transaction minus shipping costs.
COMPLAINT
Your purchase is covered by Danish sales law. This means that any inadequate products are repaired, exchanged, refunded, or reduced in price depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the inadequacy of the product is not caused by misuse or any other damaging behavior.
Please note that handmade products are not completely identical and some deviation from the product image may occur. We, therefore, take reservations for these deviations.
You can make a claim for inadequate products within 24 months from the date of delivery by contacting us at webshop@unikoyarns.com
Your order is returned in the same way it would if the order is canceled, however by agreement, so we can make arrangements for the return shipping.
PERSONAL DATA POLICY
In order to conduct business with us, we need the following personal information:
Name, address, e-mail address, and phone number.
Vi register and pass on this personal information to our business partners, to be able to deliver the products to you. Our Business Partners include Dao, Bring, PostNord, or GLS, as well as PayPal and Stripe.
The data stated above will be kept in conjunction with information about which products you have bought, for a period of years from the end of the calendar year. The information is kept according to the danish “bogføringslov” § 10. If you created a login to be able to conduct self-service at our company, your information will not be deleted unless you ask us to. We do not sell or pass on your personal information to a third-party unless the company is restructured or sold. In this situation, your personal data will only be passed on according to current law.
